The access to the web-page is strictly controlled and Flo.BG reserves its right to periodically replace, change, substitute as well as terminate or remove without prior notification any peace of information or service.

Each service you buy using the current web-page depends on whether you accept the current “Terms and conditions”. The Terms are integral part of our web-page and cannot be treated separately from the common terms of a contract. When you visit, use or make a request via the webpage you explicitly accept and agree to be bound to the Terms and applicable law and law regulations.

1. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Flo.BG has the right to improve or modify the information, elements, details, services and other parts of the webpage. The same applies to terminating the webpage without prior notification.

Flo.BG also have the right to change the Terms at any time and such a change will take effect after the changed Terms are sent to the web-page e.g. immediately. Respectively, if you continue using and accessing this web-page we will consider that you agree to the changed Terms.

Flo.BG have the right to block the access to the web-page in times of maintenance, for network security reasons or force majeure circumstances (as described in section 6) while Flo.BG is not responsible for compensating you in any way for the period when the web-site is inaccessible.

2. HOW TO BUY A PRODUCT

Select products from the page and add them to the cart. Register (or log in with your username and password if you are an existing customer). Provide all the contact details and check them to make sure all the contact details are correct.

After a successfully cleared payment Flo.BG will confirm your purchase by sending a confirmation to your email.

3. AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY

You guarantee that you are 18 years or older and have the legitimate right to use the website and enter into legitimate contracts.

Flo.BG is not responsible in case:

- the order is canceled by the recipient

- there is no one to accept the shipment on the specified address

- you entered wrong date or delivery details

4. PAYMENTS INFORMATION

Payments are accepted via debit or credit card using the system ePay.bg

5. CHANGE OR CANCEL

You can change or cancel you order up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Changes leading to increase of the costs respectively lead to updating the costs and render the unpaid difference due immediately.

In case you cancel your order you will be charged a cancel fee which is 10%. Flo.BG will refund the money you paid according to the contract minus the cancel fee if any.

Your letter of cancellation must be sent in written form or sent to this email address: sales@flo.bg and it should contain the order number. Flo.BG will send you a confirmation for the refund and will inform you about all the required fees. Cancellation takes effect upon receiving the cancellation letter by Flo.BG and not in the moment of sending the letter on your end. You take the full responsibility to receive and accept the confirmation for the cancellation sent by Flo.BG.

Refund (full or partial) is only available with a credit operation with the card owned by the card holder which he used for the payment. Refund will be complete in 30 days.

6. FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES / UNSURMOUNTABLE FORCE/

Flo.BG does not take any responsibility for eventual losses or damages sustained by you and caused by couriers of the service and when such a fault is caused by force majeure circumstances. Examples of force majeure circumstances include but not limited to: war, revolution, act of terrorism, closing country borders, pandemic, natural disaster or any other event that seriously affects both sides and the place where the service provider is located including the country which Flo.bg resides and other unforeseen cases not controlled in any way by Flo.Bg

8. LAWS AND COMPETENT COURTS

Applying and interpreting the current “Terms and conditions” will be done in accordance with the current applicable laws in Bulgaria. In the event of possible differences probably caused by interpreting or applying the current terms and conditions the sides, having explicitly denied resorting to any other competent courts that could be of service if any, will obey the jurisdiction and competency of the courts in Bulgaria.
